I always learn from free webinars. They are a great way to learn whatever I want at no cost. There are a number of webinar courses announced online. Webinar News provides me with the details of the topic of the webinar, the date and time as well as the registration link. All I need to do is to register and then manage my time to be free to attend the webinar.
The webinars usually have chat facility. The speaker allows questions at the end of the webinar and it is a wonderful opportunity to interact and learn. I prefer webinars to teleseminars because I can listen as well as watch and learn. Usually there are slideshows or PowerPoint presentations, videos , whiteboards, charts and graphs to support the presenters' delivery.
I prefer the web conferencing solution that has VOIP integrated. That is, I need not use a telephone line to listen to the audio part of the webinar. I can listen to the audio through the sound system of my computer. I can listen with or without a head phone.
Learning is always fun when we have a variety of ways to learn through. Webinars are good because they provide the multimedia experience that is absolutely necessary for thorough learning.
